Quick start by role
Quick start — members and pilots
Book, fly, close out and pay in four short steps.
1. Book the aircraft
- 1Open Schedule. The calendar shows all aircraft by default; switch days or weeks with the arrows.
- 2Click an open block on the tail you want.
- 3Set start and end time and choose a purpose. Add an instructor if you need one.
- 4Confirm. You get a notification and a calendar invite you can accept in Google or Outlook.
You are billed for meter (Hobbs) time, not time on the calendar — book generously.
2. Preflight and dispatch
- 1On flight day open Flights and select your reservation.
- 2Read the briefing card: weather, squawks, fuel and weight & balance.
- 3Print the dispatch sheet if you want paper, then record the starting Hobbs and tach.
3. Check in after you land
- 1Open the same flight and choose Check in.
- 2Enter ending Hobbs/tach and fuel added, and add photos of the meters if you have them.
- 3Report anything unusual as a squawk — that is how maintenance hears about it.
- 4Save. The flight becomes billable and your time is logged.
4. Log time and settle up
- Logbook: entries are created from your flights; you can edit or add entries by hand.
- My Billing: shows credit on account, net due, invoices and downloadable receipts.
- Make a deposit or prepay a package there to build credit against future flying.
