Quick start by role
Quick start — mechanics
Work squawks, record maintenance, and keep aircraft airworthy.
Daily loop
- 1Open Maintenance. Open squawks are listed newest first with severity.
- 2Take a squawk, add findings as you work, and attach photos or invoices.
- 3Record the corrective action and close it — or ground the aircraft if it is not airworthy.
- 4Update inspection due times (annual, 100-hour, ELT, transponder) after each event.
What pilots see
- Open squawks appear on the aircraft page and on every dispatch briefing card.
- A grounded aircraft cannot be dispatched, so close or downgrade items promptly.
- Hobbs from pilot check-ins drives inspection countdowns — no separate entry needed.
