FBO
Sheltair FBO at KDTO
Our home on the field. Sheltair is the full-service FBO at Denton Enterprise Airport, providing ramp, hangar, fuel and concierge services for A4Flight members and visiting pilots at 5035 Warbird Drive.
Full-service FBO
Crew lounge, snooze rooms, flight planning area, restrooms and refreshments just steps from the ramp — a lobby you would be comfortable bringing a client through.
Ramp and fuel
Full-service and self-serve 100LL on the ramp, plus Jet A. Avfuel-branded and on the major contract fuel programs, so members and transients fuel the same way.
Hangar and tie-downs
Community and private hangar space, t-hangars and tie-downs on the same ramp where the A4 fleet is parked, keeping the airplanes out of the Texas sun.
Concierge services
Crew cars, Hertz rentals, catering coordination and award-winning customer service for members and guests.
Open when you fly
Staffed 0600–2200 daily, with after-hours service on call, so an early lesson or a late return has somebody at the desk.
Hangar leasing

Maintenance
Aero Bear Aviation
Our maintenance partner on the field. Aero Bear Aviation is a mobile maintenance and repair operation based at Denton Enterprise Airport, so work happens where the aircraft live instead of on a ferry flight somewhere else.
Inspections on the ramp
Annual and 100-hour inspections, plus repairs and alterations, handled at KDTO while the aircraft stays on its own tie-down.
Prop and engine work
DynaVibe dynamic propeller balancing and a Surefly electronic ignition authorized installation center, with borescope inspections when an engine needs a closer look.
Day-to-day servicing
Oxygen servicing, paint touch-up and the small corrections that keep a shared aircraft looking and flying the way members expect.
Mobile, on the field
Based at 2040 Skylane Road on the airport field and listed as a mobile maintenance and repair operation, so the shop comes to the aircraft instead of the other way around.
Open hours, around-the-clock cover
On the field Monday through Friday 6:30am–3pm, with emergency services available 24/7, so an afternoon squawk does not automatically become a next-week appointment.

A4Flight Academy flies from Sheltair at Denton Enterprise Airport — the field's full-service FBO. Members and visiting pilots check in through the Sheltair lobby, and our aircraft sit on that ramp.

Sheltair is a CAA-approved location and participates in ARINC Direct, AVCARD and UVair fuel programs. Posted fuel prices and services are set by Sheltair — call the FBO at 940-297-6411 for current pricing, hangar availability and after-hours arrangements.
