We use your information to operate the flying club, manage memberships, process payments, schedule aircraft and instruction, maintain safety records, and communicate with you about club activities.

3. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the club (for example, payment processors, email providers, and cloud hosting), and when required by law or to protect the safety of our members and operations.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use our website and to improve our services. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

5. Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel)

When you accept marketing cookies, we use the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to see which advertisements bring people to our discovery flights. It records pages you view on this site, whether you started a discovery-flight reservation, and whether you completed one, along with the advertisement or campaign you arrived from. If you choose "Necessary only," the pixel is never loaded and none of this is collected.

We also send the same reservation events to Meta directly from our own servers, so our reporting stays accurate when a browser blocks the pixel. Before any contact details leave our systems, your email address and phone number are standardized and converted into a one-way scrambled code (a SHA-256 hash) that cannot be read or turned back into your details. We never send Meta your name in readable form, your card details, your logbook, or your training records, and each event is tagged with a single reference number so a reservation is only ever counted once.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser, and you can adjust the advertising you see in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.

6. Data security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
