About A4Flight Academy
A4Flight Academy is the club we wanted to fly in. We built it we wanted to fly in: a small, well-equipped fleet, published rates that do not move between the website and the invoice, instructors who work for themselves, and a member experience that is 100% online.
Principles
How we operate.
One source of truth
Rates, aircraft status and availability come from a single record. The public site and the member portal read the same data.
Billing handled end to end
The club invoices aircraft time, instruction and dues on one statement, then pays instructors directly. No separate CFI invoices.
Small fleet, high standards
Three aircraft, maintained on a managed schedule, with grounding decisions made on data rather than convenience.
Everything online
Applications, signatures, scheduling, dispatch, training records, logbooks and invoices all live in the member portal — on your phone at the aircraft.
100% modern
The whole club runs online.
No clipboards on the counter, no phone-tag for a Saturday morning, no separate CFI invoice. From your application to your last logbook entry, the member experience is one system you can run from a phone on the ramp.
- 01
Apply online
Submit the membership application from any device. We run an identity and FAA registry review, then confirm your decision by email — no paperwork mailed back and forth.
- 02
Sign once
One digital signature covers every agreement your role needs. Each document is stored with its version, date and the exact text you accepted.
- 03
Book by the hour
Reserve aircraft and instructors on one grid. Subscribe to the calendar feed and every reservation lands in Google, Apple or Outlook with the full briefing.
- 04
Dispatch and check in
Squawk checks, fuel and Hobbs on a digital dispatch sheet, then a guided post-flight check-in with photos, cleaning confirmation and squawk reporting.
- 05
Train
Part 61 syllabi, digital worksheets graded by your CFI, stage checks and a live FAA experience audit against the rating you are working toward.
- 06
Log
Photograph or upload your paper logbook and every entry is transcribed for review, then merged into your running totals and currency.
- 07
Pay
One usage-based invoice covers aircraft time, instruction and dues. Pay by card or authorize autopay with your own per-invoice limit.

Step 3 — aircraft and instructor availability on one grid, bookable by the hour with a subscribable calendar feed.
The full aircraft record
Step 4 — click any tail number for Hobbs, inspection countdowns, equipment, weight and balance, logbooks and POH.
Flight Academy
Step 5 — the A4-02 Training Course Outline as living syllabi, with worksheets that unlock as each flight is graded and signed.
Your dashboard
Step 6 — currency, experience totals, upcoming reservations and KDTO weather in one place, updated as you fly.
Documents and compliance
Step 7 — your credential vault: medical and flight review expiry tracking, plus countersigned agreements you can print or email yourself.
Installs like an app
The portal runs in any browser and installs to your phone's home screen — no app store, no separate login.
Live aircraft status
Hobbs, squawks, inspection countdowns and ADS-B position come from the same record dispatch and maintenance work from.
One invoice, one login
Aircraft time, instruction and dues on a single statement. You never settle up separately with your instructor.
On the line
Our aircraft, our ramp.
Every photograph is a club aircraft at Denton Enterprise Airport.
