Getting started

Membership and onboarding

From application to first flight: what we need from you and in what order.

The onboarding sequence

  1. 1Submit an application at /apply with your certificate and experience details.
  2. 2A club administrator reviews the application in the portal and approves or requests more information.
  3. 3You receive a portal invitation, set a password, and sign in at /auth.
  4. 4Accept the club agreements presented on first sign-in — the portal stays gated until they are signed.
  5. 5Upload your pilot certificate, medical, photo ID and (for renters) renter's insurance in Documents.
  6. 6Complete a checkout flight with an A4-approved CFI in each aircraft you intend to fly.
  7. 7Book your first solo club flight from the Schedule screen.

Keeping your file current

The portal tracks expiry dates on your medical, flight review, and insurance. You will receive notifications before anything lapses, and dispatch is blocked when a required item is expired.
