Quick start by role

Quick start — aircraft owners

See utilisation, revenue, expenses and reserves for your tail.

What to check monthly

  • Utilisation: hours flown per month for your tail.
  • Revenue: rental and instruction income attributed to the aircraft.
  • Expenses: fuel, maintenance, insurance and hangar, allocated per tail.
  • Reserves: engine and airframe reserve accrual based on Hobbs.

How to read it

  1. 1Open P&L and filter to your tail number.
  2. 2Pick the period — month to date, quarter or year.
  3. 3Drill into any line to see the underlying flights, invoices or expenses.

You only see aircraft you hold a share in. Ask an admin if a tail you expect is missing.
