Quick start — administrators

Applications, members, billing runs, payouts and club data.

Daily

  1. 1Today's ops: walk today's generated checklist.
  2. 2Applications: approve or decline new applicants — both send a branded email.
  3. 3Flights: review closed flights, resolve meter variances, push billable items to the billing queue.

Weekly and monthly

  1. 1Billing: review queued billable items, generate invoice drafts, preview the PDF, then email them.
  2. 2Record card, cash, check or reader payments, or apply a member credit.
  3. 3CFI Comp: review instructor earnings and approve payouts.
  4. 4P&L: allocate bank expenses to tails and check the month's numbers.
