Teach, grade, sign off, and get paid without any paperwork chasing.

Before the lesson

1Home lists today's lessons and any worksheet waiting on your grade.
2Open the student to see their syllabus position, currency and last lesson notes.
3Confirm the reservation on Schedule shows you as the instructor.

After the lesson

1Check in the flight with ending meter readings and any squawks.
2Record your instruction time on the flight — that is what creates your earnings line.
3Grade the worksheet, add notes, and sign off the lesson or endorsement.

Getting paid

Your instruction time becomes an earnings line at your CFI rate automatically.
CFI Comp shows pending, approved and paid-to-date totals for you.
When the billing admin approves a payout, an invoice is emailed on your behalf and you get a copy.

The club pays you; students never hand you money. Log your time on the flight the same day so nothing is missed.
