Quick start by role
Everyday basics — everyone
Sign in, switch the role you're acting as, find any screen, and get help.
Sign in
- 1Go to a4flight.com (or a4flight.com and choose Sign in).
- 2Enter your email and password. Tick Stay logged in on your own phone or laptop.
- 3Forgot it? Choose Reset password and follow the emailed link.
Find your way around
- Home shows action cards for what you need to do next — start there.
- Left sidebar (desktop) or bottom tabs (phone) hold Schedule, Flights, My Billing and Documents.
- Pin any screen you use daily: open it and use the pin control so it sits at the top of your menu.
- The ? help button on any screen opens the handbook page for that screen.
If you hold more than one role
Use the Acting as picker at the top of the portal to choose which hat you're wearing. The menu, dashboard, form defaults and the records you see all follow that choice, and it is remembered next time you sign in.
Acting as a student or pilot deliberately hides club-wide data — switch back to Admin to see everyone's records.
