What lives where in the member portal, section by section.
Navigation
The sidebar groups screens into Fly, Training and Operate, followed by Documents and Billing. Administrators also get an Admin drawer at the bottom. Items you cannot access are hidden rather than disabled.

| Dashboard | Role-aware summary. Every tile and row links through to its source screen. |
| Schedule | Weekly booking grid for all club aircraft. |
| Assistant | Ops Copilot — ask questions about the fleet, schedule and club policy by text or voice. |
| Flight Academy | Your syllabus, lesson worksheets and progress. |
| Logbook | Your flight records, totals and endorsements. |
| Instruction | CFI view of assigned students (staff only). |
| Fleet | Aircraft specs, status, rates and utilisation. |
| Maintenance | Squawks and maintenance history with an immutable audit trail. |
| Members | Club directory and role management (staff only). |
| Documents | Your credentials, agreements and signed forms. |
| Billing | Your invoices, line items and payments. |
