Billing and invoices
One invoice covers aircraft and instruction. Here is how it is assembled and paid.
One invoice, everything included
A4 bills you for aircraft time and instruction on a single club invoice. The club pays its contract instructors directly — you never settle up separately with your CFI.
- Hourly aircraft rates are wet: fuel is included.
- Line items are generated from closed dispatch sheets and instructor-signed lessons.
- Membership dues and any incidentals appear as their own line items.
Statuses and payment
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Being assembled by the club; not yet payable. |
| Sent | Issued to you and awaiting payment. |
| Paid | Payment received and applied in full. |
| Overdue | Past the due date with a balance outstanding. |
Card payments are collected through Stripe checkout and reconciled automatically by the payments webhook. Administrators can log cash, check or bank transfers directly on an invoice.
