Creating a code

1Open Help & admin → Promo codes and choose New code.
2Pick the benefit: a free discovery flight, or a dues-free year on a membership.
3Set the code, an optional redemption limit and an expiry date, then save.
4Share the code — it is applied at checkout on the discovery flight booking and on membership signup.

Tracking redemptions

Each code shows redemptions used against the limit, and who redeemed it.
Deactivate a code to stop new redemptions without deleting its history.
A dues-free-year redemption is reflected on the member's billing rather than as a manual credit.
