Know your fleet: aircraft, equipment and maintenance records

Choosing an aircraft means understanding its equipment, operating limitations, current status and your own proficiency. A4Flight shows the live fleet records so you and your instructor can plan around the aircraft, rather than assumptions about age or availability.

What we run and why

• N538J "Jab" — Jabiru J170. Review current aircraft status, equipment and fuel-inclusive rates in the live record.
• N94RS and N36PL — Cirrus SR20-G2. Aircraft-specific equipment, status and rates are shown in the live fleet records.
• A deliberately small fleet, so every aircraft gets attention instead of averaging out across a large line.

Maintenance you can see

Every aircraft page in the member portal shows inspection status, hours remaining to the next 100-hour or annual, installed equipment, and current weight and balance data — plus the POH and digitized airframe, engine, and propeller logbooks. Squawks are reported from the dispatch sheet at check-in, with photos, and an aircraft with an airworthiness-affecting squawk is grounded automatically rather than quietly rented to the next member.

Published fuel-inclusive aircraft rates, tracked maintenance and visible aircraft status support planning. Instruction and applicable dues are separate; independent access requires approved membership, checkout and actual availability. No aircraft is risk-free.
