Instructors

For CFIs

A4 approves CFIs to instruct in club aircraft. You set your rate and we handle all the billing — the club invoices your students, tracks the hours and pays you directly, so you spend your time teaching rather than chasing invoices.

Approval

What approval involves.

Verification

Certificate number and ratings are verified against FAA airman records, along with medical and renewal dates.

Aircraft checkout

Approval is granted per aircraft type you intend to instruct in.

Instructor agreement

A signed agreement covering your rate, how club-handled billing works and when instruction payouts are issued.

Billing

One invoice. The club handles all of it.

A4 handles all billing, including instruction. Aircraft time at the published wet rate, instruction and membership dues arrive on a single club invoice — you never settle up separately with your CFI, and instructors never chase students for payment. The club pays approved CFIs directly.
