Quick start by role

# Quick start — administrators

Applications, members, billing runs, payouts and club data.

## Daily

1. 1 Today's ops: walk today's generated checklist.
2. 2 Applications: approve or decline new applicants — both send a branded email.
3. 3 Flights: review closed flights, resolve meter variances, push billable items to the billing queue.

## Weekly and monthly

1. 1 Billing: review queued billable items, generate invoice drafts, preview the PDF, then email them.
2. 2 Record card, cash, check or reader payments, or apply a member credit.
3. 3 CFI Comp: review instructor earnings and approve payouts.
4. 4 P&L: allocate bank expenses to tails and check the month's numbers.

## Club data you own

| Purchase Analysis | Model a candidate aircraft purchase from an FAA tail lookup |
| Settings | Integrations, sender domain, environment (live/demo) |
