Room to prepare, brief and think at Sheltair KDTO.

01

### One person, keeping it together.

Respect for your time starts with one point of contact. Your personal coordinator brings calendar, documents, instructors and logistics into one plan, beginning with your goals, experience and logbook, learning preferences, eligibility, preparation and available dates.

02

### Your training plan, clearly mapped.

Map remaining requirements, before-you-arrive preparation, reserved training blocks, progress checkpoints and a target checkride window. Online scheduling, worksheets, instructor notes, logbook progress and experience audits help make the next step clear.

03

### Training time, thoughtfully arranged.

Priority access to agreed training blocks and designated recovery slots, with a primary instructor for continuity. We confirm your schedule and available backup arrangements as part of your plan.

04

### The details before the day.

Coordinate checkride logistics early: independent examiner availability, aircraft, paperwork and endorsements. Arrange local travel and briefing needs as agreed. Readiness and proficiency still govern the practical test.

05

### Confidence beyond completion.

Finish with a post-completion consultation and an individual proficiency plan. Additional flying is arranged around your goals—whether personal trips, returning confidence or appropriate next training steps.

Three ways to meet you

## The right setting for your training.

Explore where you want to train. We review your location, aircraft and preferred dates, then confirm the arrangements in your personal plan.

### Train with us in Denton.

02

### We come to your aircraft.

Arrange a qualified instructor at your home airport. We review aircraft records, insurance, equipment, facilities and training suitability before confirming the plan.

03

### We bring training to you.

Instructor + aircraft · agreed destination block

Explore instructor and aircraft positioning for a domestic destination by individual arrangement. Location, aircraft availability, insurance and maintenance support must fit the block.

Home or office ground planning can be arranged when practical. Flight training always needs a suitable airport, aircraft and support environment.

Good questions

## Know what to expect.

Can I start as a complete beginner?

Yes. We begin with the goal, applicable eligibility and medical/preparation requirements, then build a realistic plan around your starting point. A concentrated block is not required.

Can I train in my own aircraft?

Yes, by review and arrangement. Qualifications, records, insurance, equipment and suitability for the intended training must be confirmed before instruction is scheduled.

Can an instructor come to my location?

We can explore a suitable home airport or agreed domestic destination. Ground planning may take place at your home or office when practical; flight training takes place at a suitable airport. Travel, facilities and support are agreed individually.

Do I need consecutive weeks off?

No. Concierge can mean a thoughtfully coordinated twice-weekly schedule or other ongoing pace. Intensive training is optional; Accelerated Training concentrates the work into blocks.

Is a certificate or checkride pass guaranteed?

No. Required experience, demonstrated proficiency, instructor endorsement, weather, aircraft and independent examiner availability control the outcome and calendar.

How are costs and terms arranged?

We don’t haggle over our rates. Your written proposal sets out the scope, instruction, aircraft and any agreed coordination, travel or local arrangements, so you know what you’re committing to. Actual training time depends on your progress. Standard training has no required deposit; any terms for reserved premium services are provided before confirmation.

Can you help plan an advanced career path?

We can consider appropriate next steps from private, instrument and commercial ASEL foundations. This offering does not advertise multiengine, instructor-certification or ATP specialist courses, nor employment or airline placement.
